Three years of hard work were necessary to rebuild it, it was opened in January 2000 on an area of 1500 M2.

Riad Kaiss contains two courtyards, a big salon on the first floor, a dining room and hung terraces, gym, and eight rooms differently decorated.

The big wooden door leads through the small patio garden into a world of greenery in the interior court where one can enjoy and relax.

At night the fountains, lanterns and fireplaces add magic to your experience.
