Riad Enija is divided into 2 houses: Riad Enija I and Riad Enija II.
The houses are approx. 380 years old.

The first house is a "Marrakshi" house, the second house is a real "fezy-palace". The houses were restored in the art of "Islamic-architecture"; we tried not to change anything, just to restore it.

The "zellige" (mosaic work), the plasterwork and the wood work were restored.
The decoration was done with a lot of European-artists: Chantal Saccomanno (woodwork), Pier Lorenzo Salvoni (lamps), Jacopo Foggini (lamps), Brigitte Perkins (fabrics), Carolyn Quatermain (fabrics), Marie Ducatè (glass), Julia Maria Beretta (ceramics).
