Patio Suite:
A superb room with high ceilings, and a large tadlakt bathtub located behind long voile curtains, giving it an Oriental touch. Double bed or two singles if required.

Glaoui Suite:
Access to the Glaoui Suite is from the first floor up a private stairwell open to the sky in summer through a “Douaya “, a series of small apertures that let through the light, which leads to a magnificent bathroom crowned by a hammam cupola. The bedroom has its own charming seating area. Double bed or two single beds if required.

Mogador Suite:
The Mogador Suite on the first floor has an attractive living area and is decorated with modern etchings. The bathroom has double sinks and a large bath with a light shaft “douaya” open to the sky In the summer. Double bed or two singles if required.

Fès Suite:
Situated on the first floor, the Fez Suite is very refined, with its Delacroix watercolours, and a lovely loggia which hangs over the courtyard - a true invitation to read or converse. Its bathroom has a large Moroccan tiled (taddelakt) bath and double sinks. Double bed or two singles if required.

La Douiria (Spring 2008):
A small house for 4 people, with two luxurious suites each with wonderful bathroom with double sink and Moorish bathtub. Double beds or two singles if required The patio lounge with dining room and open fire is open to the sky by a douaya, closed in winter. The private roof terrace offers a superb view over the Koutoubia and the Atlas mountains. The pergola with water vaporiser is a perfect spot for relaxing in Summer or for a candle-lit evening meal. Guests at La Douiria have access to the pool terrace, hammam and massage room even when the Riyad with 4 suites Patio, Glaoui, Mogador & Fès is booked as a whole Riad.

The warm and friendly atmosphere of Dar Housnia makes it perfect for a family let or for a group of friends. The Riad can sleep 8 in four suites (Patio, Glaoui, Mogador et Fès). Le patio is cooled by a mist spray which cools the rooms and means that windows can be comfortably left open. The rental of this Riyad gives access to the terrace pool and the hammam and massage room which are also open to guests of La Douiria.

Whole Riad (Riyad with 4 suites Patio, Glaoui, Mogador & Fès + La Douiria) (Spring 2008) : 12 persons
This Riad is particularly well suited to a large family group or friends with common spaces but lots of privacy. Double beds or singles on request.

*Minimum stay four nights. Minimum stay of five nights for whole house rental of either Riyad with 4 suites Patio, Glaoui, Mogador & Fès or the Douiria or both together. From 20th December 2008 to 4th January 2009 only whole house rental for minimum of 7 nights of either Riyad with 4 suites Patio, Glaoui, Mogador & Fès or La Douiria or both together.
